If you are fond of history, you will be spoilt for choice. Amongst other remarkable sites, we suggest you to visit the Saint-Clair church or the very tiny consecrated chapel in the centre of Montfroc. You just have to go through the orchard, and you will find what you’re looking for!

Far from main roads, le Jabron valley offers its visitors a preserved environment and a rich cultural life all the year round. The valley and its surrounding area are known and appreciated for its lavender fields and the amazing panoramic views of the Lure mountain, Ventoux and the Alps.

In this oasis of peace, where nature is gentle and well preserved, you can learn about or practice several outdoor sporting activities.

Cultural activities are mostly held from Easter to the feast of All Saints.

The cultural life of the valley has something for everybody:, the events’ program differs from traditional festivals, folks events, concerts, silent movies with live piano accompaniment, outdoor shows and artistic performances at Château de Montfroc, or the Moulin de la Viorne at Les Omergues, Curel or Saint Vincent.

A wide choice of well-being treatments are available for visitors, including the thalmar thalassotherapy centre of Montbrun les Bain. Montfroc hosts the annual “Foire Bio” – an exhibition and fair of organic and local products and there is a book fair in the first weekend of October.
